We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

2. Can new customers book recurring cleanings right away?

Recurring cleaning is available to established clients. New customers should first book a free consultation so we can understand their space and needs.

3. How long does a cleaning visit take?

The duration of each cleaning visit varies based on the service requested and the size of your home. We adjust the crew size accordingly to ensure the job is completed efficiently, typically within 3.5 hours or less.

4. Who do I talk to if I need to make changes or have a question?

You’ll be assigned a dedicated manager—your go-to person for scheduling, adding extra services, or communicating house rules and preferences.

5. What happens during the free consultation?

We visit your home to assess your space, discuss your goals, and build a tailored plan. The consultation is completely free and helps us ensure every service meets your expectations.

6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s up to you! Some clients prefer to be home, while others provide access instructions. Either way, we respect your space and follow your preferences.

7. Can I request extra services on the day of cleaning?

To ensure proper timing and crew planning, extra services must be requested in advance and confirmed by your manager.

8. Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! We appreciate when clients share the Pristine experience. For every new customer you refer who completes their first service, you’ll receive a free premium add-on or credit toward your next cleaning. Ask your dedicated manager for your personal referral link or form.

9. Do you offer a loyalty program?

Yes! Our loyalty program is our way of thanking returning clients. As part of the program, you’ll enjoy exclusive perks such as 50% off every 10th recurring cleaning and occasional birthday or seasonal rewards. It's our small way of showing appreciation for your continued trust.
